We have closely monitored the rapidly evolving situation and followed guidance from the leading government and health authorities to make informed decisions for Overhead Inc. employees and our customers.
Our showroom is reopened for regular business hours. As we resume operations, we want to ensure our customers and employees are safe. We have instituted the following procedures:
Showroom:
Please see our standard policies and procedures as they continue here:
- All employees have been instructed to maintain social distancing at all times and to stay home should ANY symptoms of any illness develop with them or anyone in their family.
- Team members have been instructed to avoid handshakes and to wash their hands frequently, for at least 20 seconds.
- We are regularly disinfecting and cleaning spaces inside the building that are common touch points.
- We have hand sanitizer located in the showroom.
Through this time, we are also committed to providing the same high quality service you are used to, with the additional precautionary measures of social distancing.
Service and Maintenance:
- For any service involving entry into a person’s home (not including garage), our service technicians will wear face coverings.
- We will maintain our new construction work as planned.
- We are open for all work at this point.
