Dave Harmon is a super nice guy.  I had heard some negative things about our brand of fireplace and was concerned it wasn't safe.  He assured me that my particular model was okay.  He came out and cleaned it and explained how to properly use everything.  I asked him a million questions, and he never made me feel stupid. Had service today to replace a broken spring.  The technician,(Ian) called before arriving and came when he said he would be there.  He explained what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take to complete.  I am very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. Our garage door would not close when I tried to shut it before going to work... one of the wires had broke and it was stuck open.  I called Overhead and they were able to send a service tech out later that same day.  He fixed the issue, then inspected tuned up both my doors. I think their service was great and the service fee was also very fair!
